Finishing: WWMetal Fab employs automated powder coating and liquid coating systems including a 7 stage zinc phosphate wash line and 7 stage acid-based chromate conversion process for treating aluminum. We are one of only two facilities nationwide to be certified by the Dept. of the Army for zinc powder prime coating.

Product components flow directly into the finishing room on roll tables or by conveyor where they are prepared by deburring and sanding. Our 500 ft. conveyor line has multiple coating stations that permit multi-color powder coat applications. Our comprehensive finishing services include off-line powder and liquid coatings.

Silk Screening services are offered as an integral part of our total manufacturing capability, supported by an in-house screen processing facility.

Assembly and Shipping: Our "single source" fabrication/assembly/packaging/shipping capabilities enable us to achieve measureable reductions in product cost and turnaround times for our customers. Assembly experience ranges from automotive sub-assemblies and electronic product enclosures to cabling and switches for medical and food service products. We are certified for assembly of military components by the U.S. Army.
