WWMetal Fab is one of only two U.S. facilities certified to the following Department of the Army performance standards:

• TACOM performance standard for combat grade powder coat paint, specified to FAR 52.211-4030, TACOM standard CARC clause.
• Powder coat pre-treatment system rated as "five (5) year performance capable" and meets provisions of FAR 52.211-4017, enhanced CARC.

Zinc Phosphate (TT-C-490, Type I)

• Approved to TT-C-490E for Type I spray system
• Application procedures approved for use on all TACOM contracts
